Terms of Service

Last updated · August 31, 2026

MCPify is a non-custodial interface to Hyperliquid — plain-language terms for a service that never holds your money. By connecting a wallet, generating a connector key or otherwise using the service, you accept them.

What MCPify is

MCPify is a non-custodial web terminal and MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector for trading perpetual futures on Hyperliquid, a third-party decentralized exchange. MCPify is not a broker, an exchange, a custodian or an investment adviser. Every order executes on Hyperliquid under Hyperliquid’s own rules; MCPify relays the orders you — or the AI you authorized — submit, and records what happened.

Your wallet is your account

You sign in by proving control of your own wallet address, and that address is your Hyperliquid account. We never receive your private key or seed phrase and cannot move your funds. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, your devices and your connector keys: anyone who controls the wallet controls the account, and anyone who holds your connector URL can read your account — and trade it, if you armed agent trading.

No custody, no withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals move directly between your wallet and Hyperliquid: deposits go from your wallet to Hyperliquid’s official bridge, withdrawals are signed in your own wallet. Our servers have no deposit or withdrawal endpoint and hold no customer funds at any time. The trading key you approve is a Hyperliquid agent key, restricted by the protocol itself to trading actions — it can never withdraw or transfer.

AI and agent trading

Agent trading is off by default. When you arm it, orders placed through your connector — by Claude or any MCP client you connected — are placed on your authority and are your orders, exactly as if you had entered them by hand. The server-side caps on margin, leverage and order rate are abuse guards, not a promise that an AI will trade well or profitably.

You are responsible for the prompts, automations and clients you connect and for reviewing what they do. You can disarm trading or revoke the connector key at any time; revocation takes effect on the next tool call.

Risk disclosure

Perpetual futures are high-risk, leveraged derivatives. Prices are volatile, leverage amplifies losses, funding rates shift, and liquidation can consume your entire margin — you can lose your whole deposit, quickly. Nothing on this site, and nothing an AI assistant tells you through it, is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Trade only with funds you can afford to lose.

Fees

The interface itself is free. You pay Hyperliquid’s standard maker and taker fees. Where a builder fee is configured, it is disclosed before you approve it and capped by an approval you sign in your own wallet — it is never charged above that cap.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to abuse the API or MCP surface (rate limits and caps are enforced server-side), to attempt access to accounts that are not yours, or to interfere with the service’s operation. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you — including whether leveraged derivatives are lawful where you live. Do not use the service where it is prohibited.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. It depends on third parties we do not control — Hyperliquid, blockchains, wallets, hosting — and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time, including a platform-wide trading pause used as an emergency stop. We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCPify and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service — including losses caused by orders an AI assistant placed on your account, by market conditions, or by third-party failures. Your remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
